This does exactly what it says it will do, and predicts speed, acceleration, and timing great. The force-pounds measurement, however, would be an approximation and requires you to be honest about your form and ability.
I have fairly immaculate technique in my punches, but haven’t trained seriously in years. I would imagine I could throw novice punches on a consistent basis (it indicated that) and maybe something with the speed of a pro boxer after MANY warmups maybe once or twice per session (it indicated that) [25.7mph].
Does a great job, just wish I could use a smaller tracker. Only qualm.
