A must have on Mac OS

If you see 5-star reviews for this app be aware that they could be phony. Many people upset with the subscription model of this app after buying what we thought was a lifetime license.
Many of us will never forget what Paste did to its original purchasers. We bought the app years ago when it was priced for lifetime purchase. Little did we know, Paste would go to a subscription model and rather than do the right thing and grandfather all the original licensed users into a lifetime membership with updates, they stuck us with a version that never got an update.
I am now using PastePal. Does everything Paste does and more. Best of all, it's a once-pay deal.
PastePal, folks. Excellent app as good as this one without a subscription. I have no involvement with the developer other than I needed to find something with a one-time fee that worked as well (and better) than Paste.

Great for teachers
As a humanities instructor that provides a lot of formative feedback, and one that has a computer in my office on campus as well as a personal computer and iPad at home that I frequently use for work, this app has been a game changer for saving standard comments I give on various types of assignments to students. Because I can organize the comments into color-coded categories, and because the same comments are available across devices, this has streamlined my ability to give feedback to students without having to reinvent the wheel every time. Totally worth the money.
