Reviews of Eye Care 20 20 20

  • Developer doesn’t listen to my concern

I have been asking the developer of this app to be able to change the timer to less than 20 minutes since my doctor said that I need to looks way from the screen every 10-15 minutes. I am able to change the timer to any amount of minutes past 20 minutes, why then am I not able to change the time to less than 20 minutes?
  • Stopped working properly

So I downloaded this for work. First off, the timer sounds even on silent and I did not appreciate that at work. Then it got worse. The app worked fine for a couple days and then it stopped showing me 20 seconds and just went with the 20 minutes. Then, when I tried to restart it, it would just keep counting down. Not happy. Found another app I like better.
  • Improvement suggestion

My eye doctor has told me that I should be looking away from the screen every 15 minutes rather than 20 minutes. It looks like the app only allows you to change the timer past 20 minutes but nothing less than 20 minutes. It would nice to see us have the freedom to able to change the time to less than 20 minutes
