Unreliable Service, Unauthorized Charges
Live Sales stops updating every few days. All sales data is uploaded to their servers which crash a lot. Support is non-English speaking and little help. Random charges to credit card, I got refunds, but they can’t explain to me why I am getting extra charges or how to stop them. They now require a contract, so expect to pay for 2 years upfront which is over $2,000 for unreliable service. Try Modisoft or another service before using this one.

Scan tags?
I don’t understand why we cannot scan tags if the app has scan capabilities. I don’t have all the time in the world to write down all the upcs and take them to a desk top and key them all in. Why in the world is this not an option? None of my stores can keep up with the retails and tags due to the time it takes to make shelf tags. Why why why?

It’s always something wrong with there back office every week isn’t working you call customer service they tell you there aware of the situation and there working on it price increases every couple of months with no improvement

Great app. But If I can recommend one feature. Can you add the ability to see the departments and categories.
For example, I have the following Candy Departments: Candy (Small), Candy (King Size), Candy (Hanging Bag), etc. When I click the live sales and see the departments it’s great to see the individual Candy departments. But I would also like to see how the entire Candy departments are doing overall. And to be able to switch between the 2 options easily.

Clock, battery, and signal not showing up
Could you please update the app so the clock in the top left corner will be visuals again, while in the app?

It works on iPhone and iPad finally, I can’t believe they didn’t update the app for over 3 years. PDI solutions looks like they’re on the right track after the acquisition
