Support added for QA+ projects, including ensuring that all required checkpoints for a task must be answered in order for the task, checkpoints, and related data to be included in upload syncs. If photos are required for a checkpoint, the requirement will be enforced for all answers except NA. Bug fixes and performance improvements.

Performance when moving between checkpoints and answers should be significantly improved, especially for large projects. The Task Detail page will display more information about open, closed, and uninspected checkpoints for required and optional inspections tasks (as opposed to draw tasks). The Project List page will display 2005-01-01 as the last sync date when the sync date has been reset. The Additional Observations page has been updated. The Checkpoint Detail page will display the number of photos taken and required, and this value will be adjusted based on the selected answer. Auto-navigation has been restored in several areas. For example, tapping a "C" answer on the Checkpoint List page will cause BuilderLink to navigate to the camera. BuilderLink 4.1.998 • Improve validation and integrity of TaskLog data • Prevent an error that occurs intermittently by refactoring code that runs the sync. The error message reports that one thread was attempting to access a collection while another thread was changing data in the collection during syncs. • Prevent a possible async error by refactoring code that saves the answer in the Checkpoint Detail page. There was no error message visible to the inspector or recorded in the trace log, but it’s possible that one thread could be assigning properties of a collection while another thread was saving the data. • Add code to BuilderLink and to the Authentication Web service that augments the ability to test the strength of the Internet connection. A weak Internet connection can cause timeout issues that some inspectors have reported with BuilderLink. • Fix some issues with the Task Detail Page and Task List Page, including, preventing an invalid combination of a task having an NA answer and inspections; add an information icon. • Fix reload of task photos (in the Manage Photos Page (gallery)). • Add detail to sync messages. • Add setting controlling whether to display Please Wait when saving data. • Add code to support downloading a device database from a Web service and importing that data.

BuilderLink 2020-11-24 4.1.995 Reduce number of tasks running concurrently in an effort to prevent an aggregate exception in which an enumeration operation runs after a collection is modified. Bug fix: Add code to prevent null reference exceptions when the status message is displayed in the checkpoint cell. Add code to improve display of progress when photos are manually uploaded.

Implement a fix for the black screen on startup issue. Clean the Settings page Display data in a larger font (in a dialog box) when the label at the top of the Module, Task, and Checkpoint lists are tapped. Add a setting that controls whether the cursor scrolls automatically when a note is being edited.
