Cages get stuck
Have started this game over twice. Both times one of my cages would not open. The cage would open on someone else's device, but not mine. Both times lost all of my progress. Even if I deleted game and reinstalled, cage still would not load. First time I contacted customer service and waited and waited. Never heard from them so I deleted and reinstalled. Happened again. I love this game at first I would see my brother playing it a do got said cause I had a problem that I could not download it now the problem has been fixed and now I can get the game I'm so glad and happy to say this game so far has not given me any problems so far and is amazing live the game 💟💟P.S Monarch Queen

Not working
I love this game, but it has so many issues...please sort it, it has been around for a very long time!
Latest problem, when you try to do anything, move an item, visit a friend etc it just gets stuck on the loading screen.
Support have acknowledged my feedback, but not yet sorted. Would be five stars if it worked reliably.Show lessFaeryfae1
Great but an annoying Bug
I love this game but some of the bird images are weird, for example the rhino bird looks like a red cloth. I've got a photo of it if you want to see it but don't know how to send it to you.xYousef74

It could be a lot better. But as it is it's ok. It's new though so after a bit of work in sure it will get betterWeedie88
