Description of Verimag AniMate

Animation, as you probably know, is when a series of static images are brought to life in moving form. How exactly? It’s tough to explain. Some might say that it is a function of how we perceive things visually. Others might just call it a mystery. AniMate software is designed to give you a window into this mystery, to help shed some light on it. So what are we waiting for? Here’s how it works: 1. Start by creating a few (or even just two) images – by drawing them, arranging them out of a few scraps of paper, a handful of pebbles, a few twigs, etc., or by asking some friends to stand together and assume different positions. 2. Next, view the images in AniMate. 3. Finally, frame the images on the App screen. As soon as you do, you will see the images join together and come to life. They can now be touched-up, edited and experimented with, either on your own or with friends. This process can not only be fun, but also extremely useful. The ability to see the world through the eyes of an animator has applications in a variety of sciences and art forms, from physics, mathematics, biology, geography and history, to sports, dancing and technology. Anywhere where there is movement, there is an opportunity for animation. More often than not, animation can also help in understanding and explaining some fairly complex phenomena. And if that weren’t enough, in animation, just like in almost every other field under the sun, there are tons and tons of unexplored areas. Every animation you create, even if you only use two or three of the simplest of images, is both an experiment and a breakthrough. And who knows how big the breakthrough could be. The results of your experiments can be shared with the entire world, if you should so choose, simply by uploading an animation to the Internet. Just don’t forget to save your favorites! Let’s get animating!

Reviews of Verimag AniMate

I haven’t actually used this app yet. Which makes me think that you might want to think a little deeper about the timing of your review question(s)! This is the 2nd time today I’ve been asked to write a review for an app I was in the processing of downloading...therefore had not used at all yet!

Oddly...the first one was actually j app by Apple!

My point is you can’t really write a review until AFTER you try something. I know, this isn’t really what you want to hear.

That's exactly why I'm writing to you...just to suggest that you fix this one aspect. Hopefully, in time, aligning your own needs with what is really possible is will become the most important first step!
