1.8.3

August 8, 2019

- Throttled back the map tile update priority in an attempt to partially alleviate the "small label text" issue on the maps by slowing the loading process - Updated the plate boundary data to the latest provided by the USGS - New, added quaternary and historic USGS fault data (<15,000 years) for the western United States - Small (but important) visual and functional improvements added here and there - And a bug or two squashed! Enjoy!

  • Useless garbage

No maps…should use a Google maps overlay or something so we know where all these dots are.
But being the USGS it’s probably top secret!
  • Excellent!

For those interested, this is a great iPad app with a beautifully designed user interface. The base is an earth globe, rotatable in any direction. Tap on an earthquake's dot for detailed infomation. Appears to use USGS data.

(Previous review edited and updated. iPhone issue went away.)

I would give 5 stars but I can’t find how to turn on notifications for my immediate area?
