App freezes up when logging in (EVERY TIME) and forces user to power down and restart phone. It will also not store the user name no matter how many times you check the box to do so.BuffyWyld

Needs to be updated
Does not remember your password, you have to re enter it everytime. Lags and crashes frequently. Just horrible.Stephanie91733
Not Impressed...
We have several vehicles that utilize different tracking devices from MasTrack sometimes they work… Sometimes they don’t sometimes you can access from your phone… Sometimes you can’t. It is for this reason our company has now started looking for a replacement.T.B. Told
It won’t work
I got this for one of my business cars and the thing is terrible, it not only won’t update but will give a complete wrong location. The work car was showing as ignition on about 40 km away and the car is sitting in the driveway ignition off. No customer support options either. Save your money use another product. This is not a banking app or a credit card app. Why in the hell its not programmed to stay logged in is a mystery.Zimbasa
