  • Useless

The size of the, “points”, and the lack of a magnifying glass, and crosshairs makes it extremely imprecise.

Basically you touch the screen and hope the app puts the point where you want.

It would also benefit from an option to adjust points after placement and to zoom in and out in the middle of placing points.

  • Exactly what I needed!

When a machine part breaks that needs to be replaced by a newly fabricated part, I need to make detailed drawings for the contracted fab shop to put into their CAD software. Having precise angle measurements can be the difference between days of downtime or hours.
  • Doesn’t even deserve a one star.

    Useless app.
  • Terrible

I used this app for a few months earlier this year and was ok. But it doesn’t work at all now. You can’t take a pic. Can’t select recent pics. It’s complete garbage. Don’t bother downloading or wasting your time.
  • Simple and excellent

I am marking spots on maps by referencing landmarks and placing triangulation points. This tool is intuitive to use and performs reliably well (same angle every time). I place the points with my stylus.
    Very well done.
  • Too hard to manipulate

I’m trying to use this to measure the angle of a dancer’s leg from the knee through the angle to the toe. I’m unable to zoom out on the photo once it’s selected in order to see all three points at once. Zoom would also make it a lot easier to place points precisely with a fingertip.
  • How do you use this?

This is not a popular app so therefore it should include a quick tutorial on how to use or at least label the three plain circles on the bottom right! I’m looking to add a ruler or angles to my pics but this app is not that. Disappointed. Not even sure the developers are still working on this app.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We have optimised the app so it would be great if you could try out the latest version.
  • Too basic to be useful

No instructions. Little functionality beyond putting three points down and having the angle between them.

You can’t relocate the points, re-position the image, save the image, or re-scale it.

    Deleting from phone.

  • Good concept, poor execution

I love the principle of what this app can do, but its execution is pretty frustrating. Why can't we edit the placement of a single point? And it will always judge an angle as the acute version, which is frustrating when I want to measure an obtuse version. Needs better general interface as well.

  • Great start!

Love this app and would be more than willing to pay for it minus the ads with some updates added.. I would like to use it to measure angles of hair styles.
    1. The addition of a horizontal and vertical grid that can be toggled on and off.
    2. The ability to erase or change a reference point without having to tap to start a new one.
    3. The ability to to display multiple angles within one picture so a screen shot can be taken and stored.
