This release includes new on-demand training videos from physical therapists provided details instruction for proper ergonomic setup. In addition, Excy collaborated with PT-Helper to offer illustrations for 22 Excy exercises for home fitness and physical therapy cycling, including positions for cardio, strength training, and rehabilitation exercises. Interval timer improvements have been made to make it faster and easier to program interval training or HIIT programs. You can now log in using Face and Touch-ID. • New and improved "Videos" page with 5 new ergonomic tutorials from physical therapists • New "Learn the Exercise" pages with 22 illustrations in collaboration with PT-Helper • Better Sign up experience • You can now log in using Face and Touch ID • Bug fixes
