Hugely disappointed
This app is not user friendly. With the previous system I could view my holds and later shelf items. Also, I could be logged in and go back and search but now have to log out and re-log in to start a new search. Very clunky.
New app doesn’t work
The old app was great. This new one either doesn’t work or crashes.
Crashes
Apps crashes immediately after attempting to open it, even with the latest update (9/29). Please fix.
Sorely lacking
This app is missing so many absolutely necessary features. I homeschool 3 children and we put holds on and checkout about 75 books at a time over multiple accounts, usually multiple times a month. And this app is so limited that it is practically useless. I can’t even see the status of checkouts or holds in a list form, I have to select each book individually to see when it is due, if there are holds on it, or whether it is ready for pick up. Also, the last app very conveniently allowed for group renewals for books due within three days, that was very handy. For this app, I have to renew each book separately. As you can image, with the amount of books we circulate through this house, this is not a small feat. On a positive note, I do like the new linked accounts function, which allows me to work with each of the family members accounts as one, instead of constantly switching through them. I just wish it wasn’t constantly logging out of them. It is a new app so hopefully all of these issues will be fixed in time, but as of now, for the most part, I am very much missing the old app.

New Update
I don’t know if I’m the only one, but everytime I go to the app it crashes. So I’m not really sure of how well the updates work
App Crashes
I used the app regularly before, but now I can’t even open it.
No more “for later” shelf
New app no longer has “for later shelf”. I used to keep lists of books, then as I was ready, move some over on hold. Was very convenient. Miss it.
Latest update
The app was great before they switched to the new system, but now every time I try to open the app, it crashes. I hope they have another update coming up ASAP, because it’s tiring to have to use the internet to figure out what is going on with my account

Supper helpful. Definitely recommend. I just wish you could change you pfp. Other than that it’s great!❤️
Normally love thibut it’s not currently letting me access an e book I checked out :(
