Unusable.

Crashes when you try to open anything. Totally unusable.

It doesnt wait till we finish to read it it reads each word as we type it.

Hello, Thanks for leaving this feedback for our ClaroSpeak app. This is a setting called "Echo words" which speaks words as you type them. You can disable this in the Settings menu, under Voice Settings > Typing Echo > Words. I hope this helps. Claro Software

Crashes all the time

Every time I chose a document for the app to read the screen went black and the app would crash I had to just delete the app.

Hello, Thanks for writing this feedback for our ClaroSpeak app. The login window is optional and can be dismissed by tapping Close. That said, we appreciate your comments and are considering changing this so that it only shows once; the very first time you lacuna the app. Claro Software

Would not recommend. Poor functioning app.

This app did not properly read the PDFs I would upload, only uploaded the first page and repeated pages. Also the layout and function of the app was poor and app kept closing. Wouldn’t not recommend this app. Disappointed

App crashes & no response from developer

The app crashes when using cereproc Heather, and cereproc Jess is “no longer available” but yet, hasn’t been removed from the app. I might just demand my money back...

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Were you able to contact our technical support team via support@clarosoftware.com? I don't believe our support team recall dealing with this such issue. Please get in touch and we'll be able to respond directly there. We are currently having licensing issues with CereProc, which prevents the voices from working. Please accept our apologies for this. We're working to resolve this and in the meantime, will be removing all CereProc voices from our apps until this is resolved.
