Nepal Telcom App
This is the worst App I’ve ever experienced in my life. The developers are the worst amongst the App developers in the country. When you open the App it’s pops up Updates Available and when you go to App Store no updates are there. And neither Nepal Telcom nor the app developers Kodiary is bothered to fix it.Show lessPP-75
Typical carelessness
On opening the app a message appears instructing users to update the app. Clicking the box takes one to the app store where there is no new version yet — just the 7 month old one. When you hit “Open” it takes you back to the start up page and the “Please Update” message.gajabman
Couldn't even Register
I couldn't register. I put my username and password and it keeps failing. After reading the reviews, I came to know that this issue was faced 4 years ago. Still the same issue. You need to hire new developers for the ios users.Nafew0
Apps feature
Apps features are very well and easy to use and know the exact data. We being abroad can access and activate our sim. But only things i am concerned about this app is it does not allows us to see our message OTP which are required for different purpose Banking, License Registration and Government app which requires OTP code. So hope Nepal Telecom app will allow us in future to see our message and OTP. That’s all.

Stop
Update properly and make user friendly otherwise stop this so called app. stop wasting your time and our time. This is not an app, this is totally nonsense. I don’t recommend to download and use.sagarpaudel
Kodiary should be fired by NTC
What a stupid useless app on iOS!!
I can demonstrate side by side where the latest version on Android signs you in successfully and that for iPhone fails with an error massage at the bottom. I have only tried to use the last 2 versions, as of June 9, 2022, on iOS but I bet Kodiary, the developer, has had issues delivering on iOS for a looong time!!!Show lessWallet_Sansar

Buttons are too small to click, not sure which button is clickable.
Why OTP after login? Or why login if OTP is required all the time? Let us all do star star hash thing. It is so much fun.ssldahal
Horrible useless app
Horrible app. It function like govt offices. I couldn’t register coz register button is not working n keeps scrolling down out of screen. What to expect!!! Sabai yastai ta honi ho! Jai NepalTashido29
