Great ad-free app
This app is intuitively simple to use. It’s only weakness is the audio narration which is done by an auto-tuned voice. That works just fine for the refrain of a song, but in this setting, it takes some getting used to.
I do like that you can change the voice in the settings to be less annoying and more to your liking. You can designate male or female, the type of English accent, and the cadence of delivery.
I didn’t buy this app for the narration, so that weak spot doesn’t impact my rating.
Note: This rating will, however, diminish if this app goes the way of Oleg’s “Jerusalem Bible” app, which runs banner ads along the bottom flanked by a “no ads” button mocking you at top of every page.
Now that ads are running across the bottom of every page, I am diminishing the rating by 1 star (but not 2 as intended). Unlike the NJB app, an annoying (non-functioning) no ads” link doesn’t appear at the top of every page.
I’ll change all of this when the option to purchase a “no-ads” version for $1.99 or $2.99 finally shows up. I don’t expect Oleg to do all this for nothing.Show lessmrmeach1967
Not easy to move thru
I don’t like the fact that I have to go to the table of contents to go to another book. In the old version u could tap on the title of the book and it took u to the table of contentsk.israel

I love it , it is convenient and easy to understand . It has the highlights and the notes you can save with the click of a button . The only version that is correct and tells about my history .Mika H. 3712

Easy to use. Several features. I really like the highlight and bookmark feature. You can choose your word font and size. Carry a Bible anywhere you go. I can’t believe it’s FREE. I really enjoy it.223brad
Remove The Ads!
Update 2020: I don’t want to see worldly advertisements when I’m trying to concentrate on THE WORD OF GOD! Remove the ads or put a working option where We can Ourselves.
Very well put together, simple, effective, complete and easy to use; however, it will not let Me upgrade to the ads-free version when I click on the button, it doesn't do anything. I have tried both versions of this app you have in App Store and both suffer the same issue. Please fix this so I can upgrade. The version on My LGV30 works flawlessly!👌🏾Show lessRI¢H ∆A∆∆Y!

Having this KJV of the Holy Bible on my iPhone is more convenient than I could have ever imagined. Taking notes, book marks and highlighting the scriptures as I study, has really made my daily bread easy to SPIRITUALLY eat/receive and SPIRITUALLY SHARE.PROPHETESS GLORY
Full Version Bible w/ Apocrypha

All other books of the Apocrypha seem to fit scripture, but those three books have fraudulent claims in them when you look into it, so do some research on them and prove my statementzXCooperXz

Great app, only hope they can find a way to refine the search feature, if I look for the word “wing”, The results will show verses with words containing the word “wing”such as knowing, sowing, bowing.
