Syncing issues
The app is great. I love the design, and the simplicity. However it just needs to sync faster between devices. It needs to take a long time for entries to be seen on all devices with the same login. Other than that, I love this app and will continue using it.
Can’t Export??
So, I like using the app. But now I’ve had it for four years and want to export a backup of my data and it’s saying I can’t do that without setting up an email. Okay. So how do I do that?? I’ve poked every setting in the app itself, opened my phone settings for it, googled for help, and no luck.
Did I seriously just journal the last four years of my life into a garbage can I’ll have to manually copy out by hand in order to export???

Use this App to journal everything !
I have been consistently using this app since July 2019, and I refer to it all the time.
I have multiple health issues, and it’s a great way for me to look back & reference when I’m at Dr appts.
I just viewed the tutorial for the first time & had no idea there was a search function, which is fantastic!! I also didn’t know that you can add a photo each day , now I love it even more!

Awsome app I’ve been using it for a few years, in an environment of complexity Daygram is elegantly simplistic with every feature you would need
Crash
After this update, it still crashes when I try to search for an entry. Please fix this! It’s been going on for years.
My favorite journal app.
This is my favorite journal app. I use it religiously everyday for the last few years. Please update this app with a black night mode! I’m always wiring very late into the night and am blinded by this journal…
Would love for it to auto add locations and weather…and an option to add photos !

The best app I have used
I downloaded this app in 2017 and continuously used till now. This is the best amongst all of my 79 apps.
Excellent and Beautiful
An app for people who love good design and minimalism. It is simple, yet intuitive and fully functional. The app helps you focus on the task instead of distracting your attention away with a million options.
It has the most useful functions built into the design.
I would say that it’s the closest thing to a notebook in the sense that a notebook serves a purpose, and serves it very well, without creating opportunities for distractions.

Love the App on iOS but Mac iCloud Sync hit and Miss
Found this to be great on IOS and no problems syncing btw and iPhone and iPad. I use it daily to log just about everything. Its one of the fastest tools I've ever found to do so.
I was very happy to see a Mac version but have found the iCloud sysnc is very hit and miss with that. I pulls fine. It seems to mostly push new day records ok but often just doesn't push edits i make to the other devices so i have to edit again on the iphone and then the mac version pulls that back down fine.

Does a job where fancier programs fail
There used to be (until a certain Apple upgrade) a very workable iPhone shortcut for adding fast date-and-time-stamped journal entries. No fancy backgrounds, no annoyingly cluttered extras, just simple accurate single-touch entries.
When the shortcut ceased I searched high and low for a similar app, including several paid ones. None really did the job, quickly and clutter-free. Then I tried DayGram.
It’s not perfect. I have to be in the right screen (out of two), select a new line and then hit the time-stamp before making the entry. But it’s still faster than anything else offered.
A few minor things could be improved. A setting to allow 24h-clock as the default. Automatically setting a fresh line when opening the app. Maybe making numbers full size instead of lower case. But on the whole it’s refreshingly simple.
Hopefully it will stay that way. The developer maybe uses it as a window for other, paid apps — which is a nice alternative to complexifying a simple app to justify making it paid.
In spite of the minor niggles I’ve given it five stars (rather than 4) in the hope of getting the developer’s attention on the various points above.
