Full of defects/bugs
The current version of this application is experiencing a number of bugs and defects. It appears that additional effort from the development and testing teams is needed to enhance its functionality. As it stands, the user experience is quite frustrating, even for basic operations.
Worst app ever…
This is not good aap for any league, specially not for Cricket. You can’t go settings and edit any of unnecessary things that you have in your League home page. Not edit and delete you can’t do anything in this aap as customer service. Whoever coming to chate has no knowledge and either don’t know nothing, he don’t know what to do !

Needs improvement
1 - If I select a tournament from the drop-down under a certain league - then my selection should not change when I click on other tabs like, schedule, statistics Matches.
2 - Windows platform: I go to my team page and I see umpiring assignments- The App does not provide this option in any easy way

Waiting for the App launch on Apple watch
Using the App for the past few years and is great. I wish to see the app in Apple watch so that we can get to know the live scores from the Apple watch without asking for scores after end of each over. The batsman, bowlers and fielders know where are they upto in the game if we bring this feature. Hope we will get there soon.

Needs some useless stuff removed
It takes 2 seconds and 2 taps from the app to change the language from English to Finnish. But there’s no Help section in the app. Not sure how many people need to change CricClubs to Finnish, but I’m pretty sure a lot of people would like easy access to context-based help.
Other useless stuff like Assessments and What’s New (which hasn’t been updated since 2020) need to be removed.

OTP issue
I play lost of cricket and our captain add my name through my mobile number. If I sign up with my mobile number than I can see my progress directin my profile. I try to sign up with my mobile number and can not get otp since last 5 days so I sign up with my email address and than after I tried to add my mobile number but that is also not working. Otherwise things are good in app. I have to search my team name and than I have to look for my name.

Frustrating to keep selecting league every time
Whenever the league is selected and go from points table to player stats it’s not sticking.. every time you’ve to select the league.. in the current generation of UX of software.. with this kind of user annoyance it won’t stay long.. if this continues .. appreciate if this fixed..

Poor App with Worst Support
Have been using CricClubs app for sometime which had lot of bugs and issues which were reported to support and their support have absolutely NO CLUE how to deal with those and their response is always IRRELEVANT to what has been asked or reported. And they do ignore WHAT was requested and always give irrelevant answers or solutions. And they maintain very good standards of giving that kind of responses.

Complete let down
Having been trying to login to the new app on iOS 16.3.1 and keep getting the email/ password error while able to login to the old app and on desktop with same credentials. So no issue with credentials but no fix in sight

Unable to login
Firstly I was auto logged out of the account and it doesn’t allow me to login even after changing passwords, checking usernames and all the things. Trying for past 2 days!! Irritated now!
