I am a lecturer of ict department of a college. I have downloaded this app hearing from one of my friend and study about this app that having quality standard questions that help us not only NSCA CSCS Certification Test learner but helpful to me because it bears a vast knowledge about strength of our body and mind. Not helpful
Just took the test on 7/13/16 and this app did not help. Two or maybe 3 questions from this app were on the test. I mainly used the book to study but I figured this would be a good supplement source, but I was wrong. MOSTLY ALL OF THE QUESTIONS ON THE TEST ARE PRACTICAL OR APPLIED. Regardless of the section, very few questions were rhetorical based. NSCA wanted you to take the info that you learn and apply it to a given athlete and then ask what the best solution was to the problem they were experiencing or test you on concepts relating to a given athlete. Some questions on the test required minor calculations to estimate exercise intensity, caloric intake, etc. None of which were in this app. Disappointing purchase. Not recommended.Show lessmobile
