Lost $800 shirt and no refund. Ghost my number.
Lost my Louis Vuitton shirt and told me misplace my order on June. Customer service rarely respond and told me will try to find them or refund me.
After 1 month, I tried to contact them again see what’s going on for multiple times. No one respond to my number ( text or phone call).
Then I use my friend’s number call they pick it up immediately!!
THEY GHOST YOUR NUMBER!!
Then they regret that saying will refund me, they want give me credits for future dry clean use?!
Worst dry clean service.
I’ll go to there office and call 911 to solve this. I could not stand ghost my number on purpose!

I have been beyond disappointed with Mr. Locker at every point of using their service. On my first order, less than half of the items I sent out for cleaning were returned. $1,000 of dress shirts lost, including the custom tuxedo shirt tailored for my wedding. My tuxedo was delivered in garmet bag with a premium suit hanger ($50), which I requested to have returned with the order. It’s no where to be found.
Have called customer support 2x with no answer and left two voicemails without response.
I regret having discovered this service and it’s a shame I trusted it in the first place.Show lessLove it!
