    This app and the camera are not at all working. !!!
  • Can we get an update?

    This app will not go past the year 2019. Can you please fix this problem?
    It makes it hard when I’m trying to find a specific alert and I can’t set the date.
    I will wait for you to fix it before I give a better star rating.

  • Crap app is crap

    What a piece of crap app this is.

    Everything about it is crap.

    It uses “accounts” that must be unique per device/phone.

    It can’t talk to cameras by IP, only by the nickname of a camera that has internet access. Useless if you keep your cameras secure by not allowing them Internet access
  • Great app just one question

    This is a great app and does what it advertises . Just one question. I always was able to have multiple users watch the same camera but now only one person a time can. If someone tries to check a camera then it kicks the other one off. Anyone know why?
  • Need complete new app

    You guys need to completely re-develop the app. The UI of this app is so obsolete. I recognize this kind of UI from iPhone 4 maybe. The navigation within the app is not intuitive nor straight forward. If you really looking forward to promote the camera, then do a good job on the app.

The current selling cameras such as A7 2018 version can work with either old or new app. We will send notifications to our users when the new app is ready online. Thanks again.   • App worked the first time, then lost the camera.

    The app worked out of the box, but then I got a new phone and had to re-find the camera. Which it could not do. It found the camera as a new camera, but every option for adding it (scan, manual and so forth) ended in “password error”. I had never changed the password from what was on the back sticker.

    So I threw away the camera and won’t repurchase. Typical of the Internet of things. Insecure, awkward, and the app is junk. I’m holding the camera in my hand, the app sees it and still won’t log onto it. And it all goes through some server someplace I don’t control. No. No. No.

  • Worst app ever!!

    After I updated the app, every time I tried to watch a live feed from the cams at my house the iPad app crashes.

    I already tried to uninstall and reinstall twice. In my iPhone (with the old version of the app) I have no problem watching the live feed.

    I’m using an iPad Pro 9.7” and iOS 12.1

    Please fix this annoying problem ASAP.

  • Doesn’t work

    Have had this camera since March and has only worked for a couple hours. Downloaded the update and camera stopped working. Camera will not even reset when I use the reset button. Complete waste of money so far .
  • Works, but glitches?

    I bought the camera that goes with this app, overall I like the camera a lot. However, the app not so much. I am having issues with transmitting remotely live feed on my phone, it only plays a few seconds and then stops I have to shut the app and start it again, but it does the same thing again over and over. It records fine, but when I try to play the recordings, it takes a really long time to play and most the time it can’t connect to the server to play them appropriately. It is almost impossible to fast forward or go backwards on the recordings, it doesn’t seem to be working appropriately, I’d like to see a better app to really enjoy the camera to keep track of what’s going on at my place while I’m away. Like I said, the camera works fine, but the app not so much.
