  • New design with improved look and feel, better since day 1

    Has gotten better with app updates and firmware updates. Works well most of the time. If it doesn't, there support team is responsive. They will help you get back online. Thanks.
  • Evoz review

    Evoz is an excellent way to view our granddaughter-- when it works. Too often, however, the image is lost while buffering or is drops completely with an error message. Time and again we delete the software and reinstall in order to regain the capability. Surely Evoz can work to rid the software of all the bugs that so diminish its enjoyment.

  • The worst baby cam

    Untested app, 10-20 sec delay, no customer support, built by irresponsible people trying to make quick bucks. Bunch of con artists. Donate money for a better cause or buy a different camera.
  • A Untested App

    I'm surprised the app could be released before testing!

    Can't even sign up an account. After entered my email, password, confirm password and my name, it doesn't show any button to continue or submit. It happened on both my iPad and the iPhone! So I had to delete the app. What a waste of time!!!
  • Doesn't work

    It never worked great but after the latest update it stopped working at all. I am getting a new monitor because I can't make this one work. Such a waste of money.
  • Makes me mad!

    I really wanted to like this product, unfortunately, after 7 months of use, things are only getting worse.

    But first the Pros: The nightlight works well. Photos and video recording work as expected.

    Now the Cons: At first they responded a few times, now there's no response from Support, even after multiple emails. Sorry guys, you leave me no option but to write to you somewhere where I know you'll get the message loud and clear

    The defaults are not sensible. I want to MONITOR my child for cryin out loud, WHY in the world would you shut off the video feed after a few minutes?! And shortly thereafter, without fail, the audio feed shuts off. Why!? At least allow me to change these settings.

    The microphone to talk back to my baby girl did not work from day one. At first sounded like Darth Vader, now it emits nothing but static and noises that scare her.

    Sometimes the video feed freezes, other time both audio and video freeze. Other times nothing starts up. If I had a nickel every time I had to restart the app...

    Shall I continue? Memory management is horrible for this app. Not sure what exactly you guys are logging, but for this app to bloat from 90mb to half a gig over the course of a few days... Not cool. The lullabies are halfway decent, melody-wise, but the shrill sound isn't calming at all. The temperature light at the top? Way too bright. I've got two band aids covering it up. The glowing blue LED light under the camera? Kept the baby glued to the monitor the second she saw it. Two more band aids! Haven't you guys done any research on blue LEDs and its impact on sleep?

    I really did not want to leave a bad review and gave you guys 7 months to push out updates... Enough already! Such a good idea, such good marketing, but such poor execution!

  • Not reliable enough for monitoring

    Half the time I don't get audio so I have to kill the app and relaunch. Video freezes after I tap the prompt to keep watching. I was hoping to use this to see and hear my son in his room if he has an epileptic seizure but it's not reliable enough to do much of anything.
  • Extremely Convenient

    I purchased this camera while it was in pre-order, and I've loved it ever since I've gotten it.

    One thing I've noticed recently is when I connect to the camera, the app freezes up and I have to restart it. It usually works fine after that.

    One update I would LOVE to see would be the new force touch incorporated into this app. Maybe have it so when you hard press the app icon, you could choose to start and stop the music, go strait into video, play just audio, and maybe some other options. Those are just the ones I use most often.

    Beyond that, again, I'm loving this app and camera. It really is one of the best ones I've had... And I've purchased several.

  • Fail

    Horrible camera no technical support. Not user friendly. 20 second delay. I do not trust my baby under this cameras watch. Attempting to connect. Monitor disconnected 10-15 times daily. Tried to email customer service 5 times and the emails kept bouncing back. Purchased a dropcam to replace this evozbaby cam. Tried emailing on their website and that doesn't work either. The scary part is this is a kick start as in they didn't have the funding for this product so they were reaching out to any poor soul that would support their horrible camera and application. Replaced by Dropcam Pro and I am extremely satisfied! I would not recommend to anybody with a newborn baby.
