Slow, clunky, 1990s

Feels like an old 1990s application, super slow to authenticate, unexciting functionality. Steer clear

Not the best

Frequently requires force closing when you reopen the apps from an active session. Opens on blank screen instead of returning to login page or last page you were viewing

I’ve been ghosted by an app

Works for a while then the screen goes completely blank.
I then have to delete and reinstall which brings the app back for a few hours before it goes blank again.
Running on latest IOS, phone is less than a year old.
Shame as it’s really useful to have my shifts handy without carrying my iPad around. Please fix it

Worst App ever!

This app has an interface that looks like it was made by a high school project team. Not to mention the incessant bugs that have always been present since my organisation started using GRS. It’s obvious no one in the development team cares about what they’re putting out. Seems to me GRS charge a fortune for their product and lock big companies into their product and don’t bother with updating the system to work in a contemporary environment. The only reason I use this garbage is because I’m employed by a company who was stupid enough to buy the product. I’d rate it zero if I could.

Reconfigure app

Latest update means I need to reconfigure app and can't do it on my laptop. 0 stars

Unworkable

For all the effort it takes just to log in it is far easier to just open your browser & login that way. The website leaves a lot to be desired UI & user friendliness-wise but compared to that the app is ten times worse.

Practically a broken app with almost NO utility.

Please update & hire some new software developers who know what they’re doing.

Control room sheets

Why the hell would you take control room sheet access away and leave it up to the organization. Can’t change the date to view anything. Appalling update

The worst app ever.

Clearly the developers don’t give a flying f either as consistently bad reviews have resulted in zero change at all. This app is absolutely sh1t, there is nothing good to say about it. The worst app ever and the reason I haven’t been able to volunteer for any shifts because the app simply won’t allow it. How others are managing is beyond me. More fool SJA for continuing to use this dreadful app.

Appalling to use

SJA you need to get another provider! This app is ridiculous to use, for over a month after becoming a volunteer there were errors every time I searched for a shift, and now my app logs me out every time I attempt to use it, meaning I have to redownload the app and in the process delete all my data and the shifts I’ve volunteered for - now my app is just stuck on the Home Screen and I can’t do anything.
