This is kind of basic, but you can make a video look cartoonized. I haven't paid for full version yet. Will update review if I do.

I made some cartoons and edited them in my camera roll. When I went there, the 2 minute video I edited was 4 seconds, and the video had no video! It looks cool when your making it, but not when you finish!
