Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We take claims of scams very seriously and want to assure you that our app operates with integrity. Since Apple manages all billing, they're the ones who handle refund requests. But we can help guide you through the process. To get a refund for your app subscription please follow the next steps: - Go to reportaproblem.apple.com - Log in with your Apple ID and password. - Click "I'd like to..." then "Request a refund." - Choose the reason you want a refund and click "Next." - Find Geozilla app in the list and click "Submit." - Apple will email you their decision. To cancel you app subscription follow these steps: - Open the Settings app on your iOS device. - Tap your profile at the top. - Find and select “Subscriptions.” (If you don’t see "Subscriptions," tap on “iTunes & App Store,” then tap on your Apple ID, select “View Apple ID,” log in, scroll down to find "Subscriptions," and select it.) - Choose the subscription you wish to manage. - Tap “Cancel Subscription.” Ensure you complete these steps at least 24 hours before the free trial or subscription period ends. If you have web subscription, you please do the following: Send an email to help@family-locator.com with a request to cancel your subscription within 30 days from your purchase. Sorry for the inconvenience, our Support Team has 30 days to reply to your request. However, we understand that unexpected charges can be frustrating, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify our billing process. As mentioned on the payment page the initial charge is part of a promotional offer, after which the subscription will renew at the standard rate unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription on your phone's settings or contacting us. Note that deleting the app doesn't cancel the subscription.
