This app is dated. It doesn’t alert that you need to change your password and locks you out without warning. The only way to get back in at that point is to call the bank. I’m not even sure the e-deposit works on there. Overall some tweaks need to be made to catch up to larger banks.Jc212500

The app used to work. Now I can’t log in. It said it sent me an email. Never received said email. I called the phone number provided. No human ever talked to me. Computer hung up on me. Total fail for so many reasons.rnr420
Problems
Sometimes it works but most the time it pops up saying “We’re unable to validate your information” It’s annoying when I can’t check my bank account and they are closed. Please fix this problem!RaeBae421

Forgot Password
I find this incredibly frustrating. With no "forgot password" option, attempts render login impossible for hours. So either you have to call or go in, which defeats the purpose of an app.Saracakess
