Do not spend your money on this program
This is the second year we have had the program at our school. The first year (2022-2023), the program worked fine for most of the year. However, we ran into some issues when we launched it and then again toward the end of the year. We reached out before the 2022-2023 school year ended to ensure we had all our issues resolved before the start of the 2023-2024 school year. The issues were not resolved. In fact, they got worse. Tardies were not matching with Aeries. Detentions that were served were not saving as served. The “rules” calculator was not appplying the rules properly so students did not have the correct amount of Saturday schools and lunch recovery minutes. It was a very frustrating experience because we were unable to keep students accountable. Although we reached out to get the issues resolved multiple times, it took weeks before issues were looked into and they were never fully resolved. We are half way through this school year and unable to use the program that we paid for to its full capacity. We have looked into another program called Perfect Pass that we will be using moving forward. Do not waste your money on this program. You will be frustrated and the customer service is very poor.
