Zero customer service, anti-disability
When I saw this finally pop up in Italy as an option to deliver groceries to my first floor apartment, I was absolutely thrilled as a disabled individual. However, after trying them around five times, four out of five of those times I either had to deal with really poor customer service, or someone who would not actually bring the bags up to the first floor in my building, which I literally physically cannot do. They are also very dishonest about their promotions, and have ridiculous cut offs to their coupons. When I went to complain to them that this was what was going on, they didn’t just say “oh, sorry,” they literally didn’t respond at all. Period. I’d give them a zero if I didn’t get any food but I did get some of my order that was correct and they picked the veggies well on two out of five of my orders so I’ll give them 1 out of five. use the grocery stores’ apps, don’t use this ever.Show lessAwcincy

Convenient, well-organized app. Fully stocked grocery stores, which nearly always have what I need. Personal shoppers are friendly and professional. Occasionally delivery windows are exceeded, but at least the customer is notified in advance. Korzystam z platformy Everli regularnie od ponad roku i jestem bardzo zadowolona z tego rozwiązania. Zakupy zawsze są dostarczone w wybranym przedziale czasowym. As an American in Italy, this app is great! All products you can search in English and it brings it up in Italian. Also, a great way to learn the names of the products in Italian.

L’app non e’ male però il servizio deve migliorarsi
Abbiamo comprato ammorbidente da 2l, e’ arrivato da 750ml. Manca un sacchetto. Invece di confezione per 3, ci ha datto solo uno. Chiamato servizio clienti, ci ha detto che rimborsano soldi però ci ha sostituito con merce più costose! Non è’ stata una bella esperienza.
