It’s really great for fitness. But, I understand why many people rated it so poorly. Here is a helpful tip: in the manual when it lists the name of the device, the name is most likely wrong. So when you click “bind device” in the app, try every single device it lists except the ones that say TV. You’ll know it’s your device when it confirms with you you want to pair with the smart-band. I was so glad when I finally paired my phone with my smart-band because I was able to fix the time since it was completely wrong. After doing these steps, the smart-band was great for my experience!Pure garbage. Can’t even sign in

The app won’t let me register my information, I press the icon but it just goes to another login page I’m so frustrated and don’t have any phone number for support What’s up with that? And the App support is in Chinese??? How do you expect to sell this watch To English speaking people without providing some sort of Technical Support? I will just return the watch—nice concept but I just can’t get it to work and can’t get any help to get it to work!
