Terrible app
Tried to log in and it kept giving me the error message that the credentials were invalid. Meanwhile, I’m logged in on the website with no issues.cheetos3

I can only login using web based applications. The app will not let me log in and always gives me an error message.nannabananahead

Crashes when highlighting and burns battery life
Crashes on my iPad mini all the time. Making you lose your spot in the textbook and forcing you to log in with credentials. Specifically when highlighting.
This app also burns battery life really quickly. Making it hard to have extended study sessions away from a power source.
Bottom line: this app is redundant when there are better options like kindle. The only reason I use it is because I am forced to for my class.Show lessMateo Panadero
Accessibility Suggestions
While this certainly is not the worst mobile eReader I’ve ever used, I can’t say that it is the best either. The highlighting function often crashes my iPad mini 4, and the navigation (swiping between pages) feels rough. I would suggest that the app be updated to include:
-An option to change the font size. This feature is available in many other readers as well as the Books app natively installed on iOS.
-A touch panel with left and right arrows to easily swap between pages. Trying to flip pages while zoomed in is tiresome and difficult.
-Fix the highlighting featureShow lessKrealore
Crash, crash, burn
This application is terrible. I would tell even on I know to just buy the book instead as it is more reliable. I got a book for a certification renewal and every time I go in to use it is crashes. I might get 5 minute of use out of it before it crashes, the. You have to do the whole long in process all over again. It was a necessary book and I didn't have time to go out and buy it or have it shipped to me. Make this program a little more reliable then I might change my mindShow lessangelgal2008
App is garbage
Same thing as everyone else is experiencing. Book will load the first time, then app crashes and I have to re-download for the book to show back up. Not worth it.Yodielon
Pain in the A**
Same thing that MsCain, M mentioned below. I have to reload the textbook each time I open the app. Log in, download...takes too much time.

Not very Good App

Disappointing
I downloaded this app in order to access a textbook. Every time I open the app my book does not load and my user name reads (null) (null). To get the book to open I have to delete the current app and re download it. However, sometimes even then it will not load and I have to delete and re download multiple times.Show lessMsCain.M
