My Eurovision Scoreboard

I have used this app for the past few years to rate my favorite Eurovision songs and share it with my fellow Eurovision fans.
The rating interface is fairly straightforward. Listen to snippets of the songs in the app to refresh your memory and then drag them into place. The top ten in each category get the famous 12,10,8...1 points just like in the real contest.
National finals? They’ve got that, too.
Developer is fairly responsive. They even made the jump to North Macedonia right quick.
Minor quips: Some of the menu picks in the left menu either go to broken pages or crash the app. None of them affect the song rating experience. Developer does respond usually within a day if you drop them a mail.

Brilliant customer service when I had an issue with the app! Sorted the problem immediately! Love the app especially how you can listen to a snippet of each song.

Doesn’t work

Last year it deleted my pervious years ratings and it won’t let me login to my account. I reset the password and used the new one provided to log in but I still won’t let me in.

Edit:
Since my initial review they were kind enough to help me reset my password. Unfortunately I still never recovered my previous scoreboards.

Hello, currently the "forgot your password" function doesn't work indeed. If you send us a mail at info@myeurovisionscoreboard.com we will set a new one manually for you.

Pointless

Worked once, but now crashes at the log in screen and freezes.

I’ve tried everything. Deleted the app, re-uploaded, switched the phone off and repeated the process, yet still the app doesn’t work.

Hello, the app was not the problem, but the servers were down, so everything was blocked. If you try now, you will see that everything's working.

A Hot Mess

You really need to fix your app. It takes longer to log in than usual, it won’t load up any photos and the worst part is that if I leave the app and come back, it straight up freezes the moment it opens up. And I tried two separate devices just to make sure that it’s that app that’s playing up and not the device itself. The app is broken and it is driving me crazy. Can you do something about this?

Dead.

Your app constantly crashes, won’t load, doesn’t open anything. Nothing seems to be working at any point in time. Rubbish.

Hello, we had some server issues that blocked the app. If you try again now, you will see everything's fixed.

Be careful

Once installing the app again, I was quickly reminded why I deleted it the first time.
It shares your phone number, either with intent or not, with fake telemarketers in India and elsewhere who harass you day and night. You were warned.
