Don’t use with spotty network
The app worked well when I was on WiFi, but when I bought tickets over cellular I got a purchasing error. I then re-imitated the purchase and ended up with twice the number of tickets. The app developer refused to refund the ticket purchase despite the fact that they stated that this is a known problem. I have never received a purchase error for a successful purchase in any other circumstance so I would advise any user to be aware of this.

Has improved massively but still has stupid errors
Firstly- this app has improved enormously over the years and we should be thankful for that.
But it still has some terrible design issues.
Today’s example: I can tap on a live tram and see if it is air-conditioned. That’s great. If I plan a route, however, there is no information about whether a tram has air-conditioning. So my only option is to wait until the tram I want is on the live view, manually find it, and tap on it! Crazy. Computers should do this manual stuff for us.

Horrible Scam of the Public Transport
We had bought tram tickets on this app, and because we did not activate them, the inspector charged us 2000 CZK or 90 USD. This is a complete and utter scam for money from tourists who aren’t aware of this. If you visit Prague, do not take public transport. You’re better off walking and not getting scammed out of money.

Not so good now
I’ve used this app for some years now and have found the route planner to have deteriorated in the past few weeks. The routes used to be very direct and straightforward, now there seems to be rather circuitous routes suggested with far too many changes.
Makes travel around Prague easy!
This app let me plan each of our in-town and day trips simply. I could buy tickets on the fly or plan our route the night before. With tickets in hand, I always knew what stop or platform to go to.

Great fast and usable app
This is one of the best public transport apps I have used throughout the world. Apple Pay integration and efficient usable design. Small touches like remembering your journey or ticket details.
I’ve seen some comments from others reviewers about why tickets don’t activate immediately - I think this is anti ticket dodging technique. I’m sure as long as your ticket was activated before you got on (rather than when you spotted a ticket inspector) this won’t cause you a problem.
Only criticism is that I think it suggested I needed to sign up for an account when I first opened thr app. It does seem to work fine without an account.

Invaluable in Prague
Excellent App. The other reviewer complaining about the minimum 2-minute activation delay obviously hasn’t appreciated the scope for fraud that instant activation would enable. If that was an option fare dodgers would be able to activate a ticket immediately on spotting a ticket inspector.
