I have had this for several years but last 3 months or so the app will not connect to the unit I even uninstall and reinstall and nothing I went as far as going to my android phone and tried to connect with the same results. I am bothered with the lack of supporttheOriginal Toka

CONSUMER BEWARE. WORTHLESS PRODUCT
I received a WLD 895 system Xmas 1 yr ago. DVR lasted till Sept. when I bought a new i7. Everything worked fine on i6 till then. DVR stopped sending notices of motion & recordings. After several attempts to contact tech support finally a tech answered. All they did was send an email copy of the camera manual. Which I still have a new box copy. Only info on firmware updates say it’s automatic when connected to internet. Since DVR won’t connect to web, it’s worthless info. Amcrest tech support blamed Apple software. Figures. I went to Apple, i7 works fine. Incompetent moron Amcrest techs don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Including Real bad communication issues. Customer service is non existent. Company is bad , bad product, No software or firm ware updates, nor will techs explain operation procedures. If you can ever make contact with anyone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. FIND A RELIABLE COMPANY THAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. AMCREST WILL NOT.Show lessgranpa glasses
Playback and alerts don't work
This app should be taken off the store. Amcrest is not doing anything to keep it working anymore. It is just a waste of time for usersAmbarish14345
Play back
The app has been working great up until 2 weeks ago. Now I can no longer watch play back on my iPhone 6 Plus. This is truly frustrating as the main reason to purchase this system was to watch play back from my phone. No one has been able to help me. This is beyond frustrating. I was told an update was coming out last week. Then I was told they disconnected play back because of problems.Show lessMax06362
Great cameras--does not playback on iPhone 6S Plus
Live camera views are great on iPhone--but when you hit event, and then choose a video--blank screen. I have contacted Amcrest several times and they say they are working on it--that was many months ago. This could be a superb app, but with a live view only it is only adequate. Disappointing.Splendiforous George
