Exploited the Customer in the Name of Small Order Fee every Time
Terrible customer service . Hats off to the riders and delivery team .
Customer sevice is harrassing customers after each bad review made. The survey is our right of judgement they should rather work in improving the service rather they harass customers by callin them . Order time was delayed by more that hours . And restaurants can do what they want if we complain about special requests they will come back saying restaurant said this is what we get . Its already made. Imwhy have the special request then . Let them put served as it is.
Still the customer service is adamant about calling customers . If i could i would give 0 star

Removed the “Do not call me” Option
