Reviews of Art of Logic

  • Hints

I have never had such bad hints on any game I’ve ever played. I’ll be working on a 15x30 and the hint fills in a single square. Like these are the most useless hints ever and you have to wait an hour for another one.
  • Great game! I’m addicted.

I love this game! It’s very challenging at times, so I’ve had to use the occasional hint. The controls are intuitive. I play on an iPad, and would not attempt it on a smaller screen. I love the variety of puzzles. If I had a complaint at all, it would be that I have trouble putting it down. :-)
  • Garbage interface

Selecting multiple squares is unintuitive and requires far too much tapping individual squares as opposed to dragging a line. Also did not like the use of white squares for blanks instead of x’s.

    Developer Response

You can try out the "Direct Paint" option from the Settings menu. It lets you drag your selection instead of tapping, but you have to use two fingers to zoom and pan the interface. Give it a try!
