Authentication Required - Unable to log in to add credit
i just started to use the service for 1st time & added the credit through Apple. I paid $4.99 but only getting $4 of credit. When contacted the Support, i was advised there’s a fee going through Apple. The support person stated i should top up at their site to avoid the extra fee. Well i tried & the site won’t allowed me stated ‘Authentication Required’. That was three days ago & the support still telling me they trying to resolve the issue! How reliable! I’m very unhappy with the support as how can it take that long still unable to resolve the situation? Don't they know they are losing money? Very frustrating!Show lessWitch Hazelnut

Correct Credit not received
Hi I am a new customer and I just got the app. I bought the four dollar credit that gives you additional 99 cents but unfortunately that is not what pops up in my account. Please look into this issue.freshgal8748
