Hi, Mike. Thank you for your review. We are very proud of ACB2Go and are sorry that you've had a negative experience. Apple will be releasing the updated version of the app within a couple of days. In the meantime, some have been successful in bypassing the spinning by reinstalling the app. Please contact us at A1Service@AmericanaFinancial.com and we'd be happy to let you know when we've been informed that the update has been released.
