Using swipecast from a lot.
I remember at the beginning I waited quite a bit to be accepted. They are selective, and this is actually a good thing long term.
The quality of the work is always good, fast and safe payments, and the commission is acceptable - especially compared to the traditional agencies.
I feel also more comfortable to be in a high level environment: no amatorial models, cheap photographers, and various wanna-be.

I joined Swipecast about a month ago and I love it! I love that I can apply to different jobs in different places. I get paid within a few days of completing my job so I never have to worry if I’ll be able to pay bills on time or need to take an advance.
