Doesn’t work
The app crashes an opening the box is difficult to operate without it. Disappointed.
Very disappointed
I got the Aurabox mini speaker. It connects to the phone’s Bluetooth just fine but none of the other functions like the alarm work because the app cannot find the speaker on Bluetooth search. So I can’t change the time or the display. I can only play music from my phone. I tried turning the speaker on and off multiple times, resetting it using the pin hole button, and deleting and redownloading the app. No luck.

Discontinued aurabox app/ please add the aurabox speak to Divoom app!!
My brother got me this aurabox as a gift a few years back. It holds a special place in my heart. I wanted to use it again after I found it in the storage room. I decided to use it again and apparently the app doesn’t work anymore. Please bring the app back. Perhaps, please add aurabox in the list of Divoom app so at least me and other people who own this device don’t feel so left-out. This is a great device and I still want to able to change the art on the speaker and use other features as well!

The landing page ‘Light’ has no clarity as to what it’s for. You can swipe to change the picture but it serves no purpose and doesn’t save…

Not expecting much, free device from 4+ years ago, but as others have noted, app doesn’t see it.
Cannot connect with Bluetooth to the app:-(
The app is ok. But I can’t use it with my speaker.
Can’t change time
Can’t change time in the “app” or device. There’s no option to do so.
App doesn’t work
Audio connects just fine but the light effects, clock, temperature are not accurate and can’t be change because the app won’t connect to my phone. Based off reviews from others this is a consistent problem. Stay away from Divoom
Wasting peoples money!
Bluetooth or even the app can’t find the device… this is stupid and ridiculous of y’all making an app that’s not able to find the device!!!
Can’t discover device
My ditoo plus does connected to my phone via bluetooth but the app can’t not discover it. The thing is I just want to change the time. I couldn’t find any information about that. Love the product, the packaging and you guys did great on the marketing but the app fails me so bad.
