This game is a complete waste, i tried my best to start a account but keeps popping up in Japenese, even though I put English, also I couldn't redeem my prize, it started saying error and didn't make sense, before you start a claw machine game please take out the bugs.

There are several main reasons for the problem that cannot SAVE your address or shipping request failed, 1. Small, but amazing customer service.
If you’re used to Toreba there are a couple things to understand about Netch:
- You will pay around $10 to ship each prize overseas.
- You get some free points everyday rather than a free play.
- They have a small selection.
But, Netch outshines their competition in their quick, friendly customer service. You will rarely wait more than 24 hours to a response for any query and they’re always polite. Their machines also feel very fair (with the understandable exception of the video game consoles, those should be very difficult) and on multiple occasions I’ve won in one play. Don’t recommend
I was playing the rainbow ball machine and won. The machine said it’d give 2000 dp on winning, and instead it brought me to a form that I couldn’t read. I did my best to fill it out but then it told me I had to have 400 dp for shipping. Huh? In the end it didn’t give me my dp and when I tried to contact the support and it had an “error”.
