Honest review
Downloaded this game 1 year ago. It was way better than excepted.
I like that it had a social media aspect, you can use other items or add your own items, create and participate in challenges. For me it was fun, however I used to take all day to create 1 post as I took it seriously.
Fast forward to now a year after. I am trying to figure out if the ads were there this whole time??. Literally everytime you upload an item there is an ad. The subscription is not too expensive, however you can tell there are a lot of younger people on the platform so maybe the subscription should be less but it’s not bad.
I do have the sense that most of the people that used it a year ago. Like good creators are no longer posting. So in sure if they had enough with the app. Or if the are like me who will come back once my life settles and I have time to play.
The app do have a lot of potential.

Very fun
This game is fun but can get boring sometimes but other than that it’s great
Fun app, needs filters for adults
Prefacing with this app is very fun, and decent for what I use it for, which is cataloging my daily outfits. That being said, I’m about to be 30 years old, so there are some pretty major functions of the app that I cannot comfortably use because most of the audience is children in their preteens and teens.
The biggest one that comes to mind is the random chat function. You take a short little quiz and get matched up with your “Fashion Bestie” to talk fashion and give each other styling tips, but there is no way to filter ages so that you can be matched with someone older than 18 (25+ would be preferable, but obviously I can’t even match with someone older than 12 at this moment). Now, I don’t NEED this function in the app, but considering it has its own tab in the app, it seems important enough to the developers to include.
Otherwise, a fun and easy to learn interface. The photo background removal tool is decent, but sometimes I have to play around with my photos before uploading them as items because the tool can’t decide what’s background and what’s clothing.

I love it!!
The only thing I don’t like is that even though I have enough super likes, it won’t let me create a challenge. Please get this fixed soon! Otherwise great!!

this game is literally the GOAT! me and my friend have challenges on who can make the most followers and when you create your outfits there is a GIANT variety of different things you can do. i have so many likes and followers now! i’m so happy with this app i love it so much! please download this app and let me give you some tips!
•first,get onto the app and look at some peoples outfits for ideas.
•you can click on their outfit and save their items to your inventory and use that in your outfit.
•to be safe, as safe as possible, don’t chat with people you don’t know and don’t have ur pfp as a pic of you.
• press the add button in the middle of your screen at the bottom and press search. your category should come up with popular items. that is mostly filled with preppy skincare like glow recipe, a bit of drunk elephant, bubble, etc.
•to get more followers, make your outfits stand out with wallpapers or filters.

Fun but super likes, weird terms, and searching
I don’t really like the limit on super likes cause like I like a lot of people’s outfits and like I feel bad not giving them super likes and I want to make a challenge and don’t have enough super likes and don’t have enough followers bc apparently my style is like not cool so now if I ask for super likes I feel like that’s kinda rude for one and no one will give any to me so yeah…ALSO one of my posts got taken down and there was literally no reason. I didn’t say anything at all in the description and my outfit was like not inappropriate. Like you can put shirtless dudes, cuss words, and stuff like that on and it won’t be taken down so that’s stupid. They sent me a nice little message saying it got taken down and like I spent time on that then I had to go through everything to find out which one it was and they didn’t tell me why or which on it was and they where like you can repost it and make it go with the terms of service but it’s kinda gone now. So that makes me just a little mad. One last thing is the search thingy. You search for something and like nothing comes up and I know for a fact there are more song lyrics on there and more than chuck taylors that should pop up when you search Taylor Swift.
Other than that, I like this app. It’s cool and pretty fun. You can make lots of outfits on it.

My favorite game but…
So it’s definitely my favorite game but when I search an item it just keeps loading and when I hit cancel, the game just freezes and I have to turn off my iPad and start all over again on my outfit. And Combyne sometimes deletes your accounts if your being inappropriate or due to inactivity but I don’t have any outfits because Combyne doesn’t let me search items. Not to be that girl but if they delete my account, it’s really not my fault. Maybe it’s that I have an iPad but I really don’t know. Ok that’s my bad thoughts about it but here are my good thoughts about it. It’s a really fun game and for kids, they have safety features like how there’s a chat you can choose to let them free chat anyone, or only people who follow you ,or no one at all. If you were like 8 year old me you might have friends in real life you want to chat with, all you have to do is put on “only people who follow you” in the settings for chat. This is best if you don’t have a lot of followers so you can just take them of the chat and hit, “Revoke permission to chat” and you can leave your friend on there, (if they follow you which I’m sure they will) and if someone’s on the chat and being mean or inappropriate, you can block them.
