They are so bad -they cancel my driver one hour before my transfer to airport and this was at 2 o’clock in the morning . I have booked a day before and fully paid.
Poor app quality.
This app needs to be updated. When you book for a future date the operator doesn’t see the correct day and so they call you to change the booking and pay cash instead which is always more costly.

Unreliable service
They cancel your cab One hour before it’s time. this happened to me and three of my other friends. when you speak to customer service they tell you that the driver decided not to take the job and hang up on you.

Do not attempt to use this service
Very unreliable. Our cab got cancelled although it was confirmed from the day before. It’s a very cheap service but SO unreliable and they put us through so much stress without giving any alternatives whatsoever.
The rudest and least professional company
Don’t use this. The prices even match Uber on non-busy times, and for busy times I’d recommend using Addison Lee which is £5 more expensive but at least are professional.
I’ve never spoken to such rude drivers who would scream at you and when you complain to customer service, they’re also rude to you.
Unreal and disgusting service. Do not recommend. Plus it’s not as cheap as they say, you pay usually £35 from Heathrow + car park + fees for waiting time so in the end it comes to £45-£50 anyways and Uber is £40.

Worst taxi company ever
I booked a ride to the airport at 03:30 AM 4 days in advance, after the booking I contacted the customer service to make sure the booking was confirmed, then less than 50 minutes before the pick up time they called me to cancel the ride because the driver had a flat tyre! And they didn’t offer me a return!

Terrible service from main office and drivers. Avoid using and giving them any of your data. Apple should not even allow this app on their store.
