Borderline fraudulent
I’ve ordered about $800 worth of items from them in the form of two bags both of these items had missing details and side items and the second one I ordered had the completely wrong color as well not trying to go full Karen but you know you pay that much you’d expect your orders to be right so I reached out to them about this first he tried to talk about how it went through two artisans and some colors look slightly different even though it’s blatantly the wrong color after I explained that was not the case sent me off to someone else who has now ghosted me. I followed back up with the other guy who was also ghosted me cool stuff. Customer service and order accuracy aside though the quality of their goods is real.
