Reviews of engagEPetaluma

  • IgnoredPetaluma

IgnoredPetaluma would be a more fitting name for this app. Automated responses only. Issues go to die after marked “In Progress”. Humans never update status of requests, validate or invalidate concerns or engage with community in any way. We’re screaming into the void. Nothing gets done in Petaluma, but we knew that already.
  • Great App for Reporting Issues to the City

This app is great for reporting problems to the city. You can include pictures. The city is responsive and updates the reports with progress updates until there is a resolution to the problem. I haven’t had any problems with the app.
  • Just remove it from the store

This app has been messed up for over a year. Nothing has been updated in 4 years. They don’t have a app developer on city staff to update it. It’s like who was there 5 years ago when they started the app. Or is it all about the money that Apple wants? On android it had update in April 2021.
