  • What a scam

    We signed up and gave them deposit to get going as they make you prepay. We were promised during sales call that software integrated with our system. After months of back and forth they could not get busy busy to integrate. When we asked for refund as we were told deposit was refundable, they said time period had past for refund. Meanwhile we didn’t even get to use the app until their team was done building it out. So as of today they are holding $5k and won’t return it. Complete trash. We were still planning to use them once we switched bookkeeping systems so for them it’s a long term loss as I’ll never use their software and make sure to tell everyone I know the story so they don’t end up in same boat.

  • Don’t believe the pinky swear

    They are absolutely tracking 24/7 if you don’t remember to go to location settings and switch to never after logging off. “Only while using” should be an option. I don’t need reminders to clock in or out. I don’t need your notifications that I’m leaving the job site. Their privacy policy blatantly says they own and sell the data they collect. You will have to jump through some hoops to opt out. Unfortunately for these data miners that is the only option. Like others, my pay depends on this app.

If you (or your boss) called us looking for your phone because you lost it, and you weren’t clocked in, we couldn’t help you even if we wanted to (and of course we’d want to, it SUCKS losing your phone!!!). We need it set to "Always On" so that you can get those location reminders BEFORE you clock in. The busybusy app is sensing that you're near a job site, but we don't record your location unless you're on the clock. We can definitely give you some tips and tricks to help quiet the noise of your phone yelling at you about your location though, so please reach out to us via the in-app chat or email support@busybusy.com and we'll do what we can to help you with this!
  • Horrible app

    This app is one of the worst, biggest problem is messing whit my paycheck because this app is hot garbage clocks me in an out all the time tracks me after work and weekends in the background killing my battery just a big hot garbage app mess I hate it so much but my office says all the time lets give it one more chance, I don’t know why app is worthless

  • Tracking 24/7

    I get notifications that the app that it tracked me 127 times over the last three days. I was never clocked in. I didn’t even open the app.

    The app refuses to work unless you allow it to track you 24/7. AND the fact that it tracked me 127 times over the last 3 days when the app was never opened and I wasn’t clocked in is proof of that. Don’t believe them when they say that it only tracks you while you’re on the clock.

  • Isn’t easy to navigate

    I wish they made it simpler to see all your employees and those hours. It’s about 4-5 clicks in deep to see this info when that’s what this app is. Should be ther first thing you see as an employer. Same when I open the app it goes to my clock in page. Im the employer I don’t need to clock in I want to see who’s clocked in and the times they have… too much work to navigate it. Keep it simple.

  • Okay but one issue

    Whenever I load into the app, for the first several minutes it still says my employees are clocked in even though they are not. It takes a long time to synch. I guess it’s not a huge issue but can be frustrating. Please fix this so the app synchs and actually shows employees clocked out in real time.

  • 4+ years of crashes and bugs.

    The app has been on the market long enough to have received adequate polish but it is anything but polished. Adding extra features and not fine tuning the basics has become the standard but it hasn’t done busybusy any favors following that standard.

    This product works at a base level. However, even keeping iOS up-to-date along with the app, it often crashes during time updates, photo uploads, etc. This requires you to repeat the process you just completed. The general solution has been to uninstall and reinstall the app. While this often fixes the problem, the same issues keep repeating. This is not a good solution for every bug. Individuals that struggle with smart phones find it very frustrating to perform tasks such as app maintenance along with the common problem of forgetting log in details.

    If a company requires location services while clocked in, the battery drain is quite significant even in the background.

    Photo uploading is not intuitive. Dates are often hard to associate by photo without checking your photo library separately.

    There are some handy features but the overall frustration expressed while helping others navigate the app will suggest you look elsewhere.

  • 24/7 tracking

    The app claims that it only tracks your location while using the app or while you are clocked in ;however, it will not let you use the app at all unless you grant it permission to track you at all times. I have been getting notified by my phone that it is tracking me a lot during times when the app is closed and I have not been clocked in for more than 24 hours. There’s no reason for them to track me on Saturdays and Sundays.

  • Constantly syncing

    Can we please fix the constant syncing because our entire company can’t see jobs and instructions and the crashing of the app is annoying
