Super very terrible app
Unable to verify my account. I received 4 digit SMS OTP and entered it but the app keep on moaning that I entered incorrect OTP. What a joke! Didnโt they do proper testing before updating their app on App Store?
Keeps saying app outdated
It keeps telling me a newer version 3.6.3 is available for update. I'm using 3.6.4 ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ
Never received code to verify account
Why bother if you couldn't send the code for account verification?
News / Promotions Notifications are annoying
There is no option to select what kind of notification to receive via the app. I am constantly getting promotions / news notification almost everyday!
Inability to be used in KL
Supposedly resolved but too little late.
Very poor UI/UX
Very hard to navigate and quite inaccurate, for example parked at Desa Sri Hartamas, selected Hartamas option but the app said itโs 390m away from my location which doesnโt make sense, because probably they are measuring distance from a GPS pin coordinate. The design and logic of the software is really wonky sadly

Money grabbing
Was a great app until this update... now min topup is RM10, which is incovenient for infrequent users. Used to be flexible, like the parking meters, pay as required. Now weโre moving back to ticket booklets, you have to buy a whole lot of parking credits whether you use them or not. Greedy.

Bad Payment System
This system doesnโt connect with Debit/Credit card directly. We have to buy tokens in order to purchase parking tickets. Old system. Like going to Fun Fair. Buy tokens than take the roller coaster.
