  • Good on PC

This is awful on mobile, when I try to split regions in tracks it just goes to the beginning of the song and does absolutely nothing, way better on PC. Also, I tried adding a sound and it just refreshed the entire thing, I now have to discard my song I spent SO much time on because everytime I restore it brings me back to the discard or restore bit. B.A.D BAD

  • Great free DAW

I’ve made some absolute bangers on this app. I’m talking on my phone! Not even on a pc.
Good for learning beat production! And melody making, only gripe is I wish it had some More free instruments as it’s a little limited (free version)
And I don’t know why but I can’t edit my songs anymore it just freezes. Hopefully it gets an update or something soon

  • App has not worked in almost a year

I love this app and still use it almost daily on my pc but the iPhone version hasn’t worked in about a year, definitely needs some fixing, through upgraded phones, on different wifis and on data it appears as “issues connecting to Soundtrap”when it worked amazing last year no problems at all, if this was solved I’d call it a 5/5, and the pc web version is still a 5/5 for me

  • Terrible.

This software is useless & terrible. I will not put up with this anymore lol. I may not have the money to invest in a good one right now but this is ridiculous. I’m having a hard time even doing simple stuff like turning the volume down on a voice recording, or the reverb effect is OD. I turn off the effect & it’s still adding a weird echo to my recording. This part may not be their fault but I use a mic I plug into the computer to record and the delay is so annoying that I have to manually put the vocals in the right spot. The process of moving it is annoying because the software is just slow and acts like it doesn’t want to let me use it. I’ve used this on my phone and computer and I can go on and on about the problems I’ve had. I’m not even able to listen to my project and there’s constant glitches.

  • Broken Garbage App

I can’t seem to understand why the creators would be okay with such a broken and hard to use platform for mobile. Extremely lazy work for the hopes that people will pay for the overpriced subscription.
  • Fix the issue with the subscription plans

I’m having a massive issue I sign in to Soundtrap done and I’m going for the supreme plan and then once I click on it, and then I fill in all the details to Buy it then it says not valid. I just think it needs to be fixed when you can right now I think it’s just a total scam. I pay for it and it doesn’t work please fix it in the next update. Thank you

  • Good/Bad App!!!

It has its ups and downs.
I mostly use computer to make songs.
It’s good for independent artists who don’t want to pay to much.
I recently made a song titled “Feelings” but I can’t open the song inside of my IPhone.
I am usually able to open my other songs
I make songs on computer and publish with phone.
But I can’t open up my song on my phone!
Good app but bad bugs and glitches!
    Please fix this!

  • You can make a good song but it always breaks no matter what

So me and a friend (they are doing most of the work) are creating an indie game, and we need a good soundtrack. We found this app and thought “hey, this might be a good app to make our soundtrack!” Turns out, the app was the hugest disappointment I have ever seen. It has generally good ratings, so we got it. Now on to the problem. When we started a soundtrack it was all going well. And then we open the song, and all of the notes on the piano roll are compressed down into a tiny ball of uneditable uselessness. We created a new project, very sad about the old one which broke beyond repair. THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO THIS ONE. And every soundtrack we made from there on except for like 2 got corrupted into the same little ball of disappointment. It’s great with so much potential, but this 1 tiny glitch ruins it all. Please fix this

  • Limited yet needs work

I do like the amount of instruments and other kinds of music pieces, but the main problem is that it’s very limited. I know you all want us to pay a subscription just to spend money, but maybe not limit everything but you can use ads to use the sound fonts. And if people want to buy all of the instruments together, maybe add a specific cost so that you guys can earn lots of cash. This is just a suggestion, you guys can probably do this, but if you don’t, I understand. The other problem is with the keyboard. When I use garage band, there’s an edit option where instead of recording the keyboard sound, you can add the notes in order instead. If this is still in the works, then I hope the iPhone version of that comes out soon!

  • No midi editor

It sucks to make music on mobile without a midi editor thing where you can just click what note and where you want it
