lock screen widget is not showing

when i try to add a widget from this app to my lock screen, the app doesn’t appear in the selections. it appears in the selections when i try to add it to my home screen though. i have already updated my iphone to the latest version. what should i do????

Thank you for using our app. It happens due to an error in iOS. So please proceed in order. 1) Please update to the latest version. (v 4.6.1) 2) restart your mobile phone. (Please try again after turning your phone completely off and back on.) 3) Please run the app once. 4) Please note that it may take 2-3 minutes for the widget to appear after rebooting the phone. If it still doesn't work, please send us a screenshot with a detailed explanation, to help@thedaybefore.me, we will try our best to respond to your inquiry. Thank you.

One problem

This app is really awesome and the widgets are so pleasing to look at, but i really wish there was an option to change the theme from dark to light. It never matches my home screen properly but I don’t want to change my whole phone theme to light.

LOVE LOVE THIS APP

i really appreciate how much this app has! it has a baby month age, birthdays, anniversary, holidays so much more to it. i love that it’s free too. yes, there’s lots of ads but i do not mind at all for an app like this it’s a 5 stars for me. to the developer! you did a good job on this app and i’m continuing to use it as my widget to see how far my birthday is and my love ones birthday!

I use this to keep track of me and my girlfriend fun things or small thing’s we’ve done and celebrated days we’ve been together, ever since we met she introduced me to this and i’ve been keeping it updated since, i’ll let her read it full when we get older :)

my only complaint would be that there is no way to change the widget background withought altering the device’s theme.

The widget background can be changed. Click on Widgets - Decorate icon in the top right - Background. 근데 갑자기 며칠 전부터 잠금화면 위젯이 사라지고 다시 추가하려 해도 안되더라구요🥲 얼른 위젯 추가 다시 가능해졌으면 좋겠어요

현재 위젯 관련 오류는 iOS의 오류로 인해 발생하고 있습니다. (이 경우에는 저희 앱의 오류가 아닙니다.) 하여, 해당 현상이 발생할 때에는, 폰의 전원을 완전히 껐다 켜면 대부분 정상동작됩니다. 위젯 관련 현상이 발생할 경우, 아래의 "순서대로" 진행부탁드리겠습니다~ 1) 더데이비포의 최신버전으로 업데이트해주세요.(v 4.3.5) 2) 폰의 전원을 완전히 껐다 다시 켜주세요. 3) 앱을 한 번 실행 시켜주세요. 4) 참고로, 폰을 재부팅한 후에 위젯이 표시되는데까지는 2~3분 정도 소요될 수 있습니다. 위의 내용들을 먼저 순서대로 진행을 해주시고 관련하여 추가 문의사항 있으실 경우 언제든 다시 연락주세요~ 감사합니다.
