This app is not user friendly. I cannot locate the menu to select options. And toggle through shows or movies.terry dayz
Did not work
I loaded the app up, had to say I’d pay after 3 days of trial (so subscription was set up and would have to remember to cancel it) then the app never discovered the tv, just hung. So have now cancelled the subscription. I worked out how to attach a mouse and keyboard to the tv to make it work while I find the actual remote. Not a good experience - a great waste of time and faffing around to no effectShow lessThhohfyvvi
Not connecting
The app is not connecting to the tv even though both my phone and tv are on the same network ,it just shows a blank screen and just loading …there’s no where to press to go to back to some sort of a homepage to at least cancel the subscriptionNinimap

I purchased the annual subscription and have been using it for about 2months and love it. Connects easily to the tv. Very happy with the app. Thank you 😊Chantelle 💗
Full version got too expensive to recommend.
Thank goodness I purchased a one-off payment back some years before it became a subscription model. I have just gone over to brilliant LG Remote app which only requires a one-off modest payment.

Sometimes frustrating
Would be great if it did not take so long to switch between the tvs I have in the house as I have 3 lg tvs if I use app on one it takes me a few minutes if not more to disconnect to that tv and connect to another lg tvs remotes last about 6 months so I rely on this app to use my devices . The ads also are hard to close down as often the x is hiddenShow lessFan lg
Fake option about cancelling ads
I am frustrated with this apps ads that cannot be canceled
They give you a cancel button for sure but it’s at the edge of the screen that doesn’t work
