The app keeps closing. The first time it will stay open for a little while, then the app shuts off.
Disconnects continuously
App is totally useless with C100. Poor man pays twice.
Latest update has messed up
All working until the most recent update. Now crashing and showing everything in Chinese instead of English. Logging me in as a different user even though I just log in with apple.

Totally useless
This app is easily the worst I have come across. Struggles to connect to the camera (SJ 11) and when it does disconnects after a few seconds making it basically useless on both my iPad and iPhone as below. Only gave it 1 star because I couldn’t submit no stars

It’s a shame because the camera itself, on initial use for the first few days, is excellent. Hopefully I can find a compatible app to download and edit videos on the fly instead of waiting until I get home and plug into a laptop

Useless
There isn’t even a way to add your camera to the app. There’s a guide button but it doesn’t do anything. Completely useless app that renders the camera purchase a total waste of money.
Terribly unusable
Won’t connect but will record. Crashes galore. Great cameras crippled by a very poor app... what’s up with that?
Updated: Cannot connect to SJCAM 10 Pro
Update: on my iPhone it detected no internet through the SJCAM WiFi (makes sense). Once I turned off cellular it allowed network traffic through the WiFi and the app could connect. I’d recommend the app devs try and resolve this in the app if possible or at least offer this suggestion in the troubleshooting steps.
No matter what I do I cannot get this app to connect to my SJCAM. I’ve tried reinstalling it, verify the WiFi connection, and given the app all the permissions it needs. Will update review if an update resolves these issues.

Just Got the Camera and downloaded the App.
As someone said, it keeps closing the camera connection to the wifi. The fix is to go to settings>cellular>SJCAM and turn off cellular data for the app and not the main cellular to the phone. Then when you reconnect, the app will ask to enable cellular data but ignore it. I will give 5 star for now as I am getting to know the app and have no real reason to give less right now.

app doesn’t work for c200
The overall functionality of the camera is diminished by the app.
-The app frequently crashes - particularly when trying to update settings.
-The video and photo cannot be seen in the top portion of the viewer.
I hope this can be fixed- it could be such a great camera and app combo. But given the similar comments dating back 6 years I doubt this will be fixed in the future.
