Weird and fun times exploring Lettra and letters
This seems like such a simple game but its minimal style and “just explore” philosophy seem to be striking a chord with our 7 year old. He returns to it whenever he’s got free time to feed words to the munchers to watch them change, and fiddle with Planet Lettra’s whoozits and whatzits.
Updated for v2.0: A few more quirky characters and improved controls. A nice update for this family favourite! We love the way the game gives free reign to explore, but subtly and gradually encourages correct spelling and common letter pairings.Show lessPuzzlist
Planet Lettra
I may be the first of many to place Planet Lettra on my iPad. This is a game my kids will love. The little green guy slurps up words, real words made by PL and you and spits them out just the way they sound. The little red guy starts the game over with all new letters. There's more to this than meets the eye friends. I think the kids will love it...I know they'll learn from it...but we won't tell them that will we?Show lessAlexander McPope
